  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • In such cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Velixxo covers the return shipping cost.
